What does incentive package look like?
Unlike our competitors, we do not ever make you or your customers sit thru a timeshare presentation. Our vacation incentive packages are also not the pay one fee and print off as many as you like. These are 2 star hotels. What good is a product that requires a timeshare presentation and you loose customers. We believe your customers are important to you and would never suggest such a questionable product.

How many packages do I have to purchase?
You must purchase a minimum bundle of 25 vacation incentive packages.The price on website is total price per unit of 25.

What is the name of the hotel I will stay in?
There are hundreds of hotels used in this promotion. The booking agent you get assigned to will book your room at one of the participating hotels. They hope that you will return as a paying customer if you are satisfied with their property. In Las Vegas, the number one destination, all accommodations are booked at one of several major hotel casinos. In other cities hotels such as Wyndham, Howard Johnson, Ramada, Quality Inn and Suites, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Red Carpet, Fairmont, Clarion, Sheraton, Hampton Inn, Comfort Inn, Hilton, Harrahs and many others are used in this promotion.

How many people can travel per package?
Package is good for two adults over the age of 21.

End user have 20 days of the stamped issue date to register for their vacation. End user must pay $23.95 to cover the costs of room tax. This is the only cost associated with this incentive package. Any and all changes and cancellations are subject to $25 fee.

Are there any additional costs that the traveler will incur?
This package is for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, airfare, meals and any other miscellaneous expenses. Upon check-in, hotels will require an imprint of a major credit card to cover such costs. Guests are required to pay room tax. (This is a government regulation for all travel incentive packages out there). The recipient pays room tax of just $23.95

How long does the guest have to complete their travel?
Guests have one year to complete travel from the issue date stamped on their incentive package. The issue date is the date you place on the incentive package. A travel planning delay of 60 days is needed. Customers select two different travel dates. The travel dates must be greater than 45 apart.

How much time does the guest have to activate?
Guests have 20 days to decide where to travel and one year from issue date to complete their dream vacation. This allows us to predict how full the hotels will be.

What is the retail value of these certificates?
The approximate retail value of the accommodations is $110 to $674 depending on the location, hotel availability and time of year traveled.

What is the catch?
No catch. Just good old fashioned value and honesty with no catches. We provide value and a fair price. We believe if you like our products you will recommend them to your friends and family. Word of mouth advertising works great. We have been in business since 1988 and have seen many companies come and go, if you don't like our product you will let us know.

Is there anything else I should know?

You may not use this package in conjunction with any other promotional program unless authorized in writing.
This program is for promotional use only and is non-transferable, cannot be sold to the end user without expressed written consent and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Dates near Holidays and during conventions are usually not available on this special offer. Blackout dates are 7 days before and 7 days after a holiday.

Customer or End User FAQ

How far in advance do I have to book reservations?
All reservations on this offer must be booked at least 60 days in advance, a condition required by the participating hotels, and stated on your certificate.

What is the catch?
End user may not stay in the same city. Two certificates can not be used by the same end user for the sale city within 30 days. If one family is using more than one certificate arrival dates must be 30 days apart to different cities. Certificates expire 1 year after stamped issue date and end users have 20 days to decide and submit where they want to go for their vacation.We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotional offer at any time. We assume no liability for any verbal claims made by others in conjunction with the distribution of this product. We reserve the right to book in "surrounding areas" during times of limited space availability. We are not responsible for lost/late/misdirected mail. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.

How does customer redeem their vacation:

The reservation request form must be received in our office 60 days PRIOR to your first choice arrival date and you must provide an alternative date that is at least 45 days after your first choice date.
Black out dates are 7 days before and 7 days after a holiday.
Forms will not be processed with only 1 arrival date on them.
Myrtle Beach and Daytona Beach areas are not available from June 1 through August 31st.
Arrival dates are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.If you wish to travel with children or additional adults, additional fees of $25 per night per person are accessed and must be paid at the time you submit your arrival dates.
Maximum number of people allowed per room us 4.
If arrival/check in dates are unknown, simply register this certificate and then contact our office at least 60 days prior to your first choice arrival and provide 1 alternative date that is at least 45 days after your first choice date.
This product is not valid for groups or persons traveling/arriving or vacationing together.
Customer who wish to add extra nights to their reservations may do so AFTER you have received written confirmation in the mail from our office confirming one of your requested arrival dates. You may call our office at 888-617-4595 to add extra nights at discounted rates.
Two incentive certificates may not be used in the same city by the same family. If you are using more than one incentive certificate for different cities arrival dates must be at least 30 days apart.
Certificates expire 1 year from stamped issue date on certificate.
All travel must be completed prior to expiration date.
Refunds will not be issued if dates are not submitted on a timely manner.
Once you have been confirmed for selected dates, no refunds will be issued.
